Refund Policy

Important: SEO Backlinks provides business-to-business SEO, digital PR, and link building services. Payments reserve campaign capacity, outreach time, editorial work, and specialist resources.
1. Campaign-Period Payments
Payments for a campaign period are final and non-refundable once work has begun, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing or a refund is required by law. Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next renewal, but cancellation does not refund the current paid period.
2. Why Payments Are Non-Refundable
Our work often begins immediately after payment or instruction. We may allocate internal time, book campaign capacity, brief writers, start research, contact publishers, prepare assets, or reserve delivery resources. For that reason, payments are not refundable once processed.
3. Campaign Completion
Each package states a minimum campaign batch. If publisher timing creates a shortfall, we continue work and carry the outstanding placement forward until that agreed batch is complete. Only live, verified placements count. A cash refund is not the default remedy for editorial timing outside our control.
4. Deposits, Third-Party and Publisher Costs
Deposits and retainers reserve capacity and are non-refundable once work begins.
Where a campaign involves third-party costs, publication fees, placement costs, software, contractor time, or other external expenses, those amounts cannot be refunded once committed or incurred.
5. Campaign Outcomes
SEO and digital PR outcomes depend on search engines, publishers, competitors, editorial decisions, and third-party platforms outside our control. We do not offer refunds because a campaign does not produce a specific ranking, traffic increase, domain authority change, or revenue outcome.
6. Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks for payments properly made under an agreed service. If you do, you agree to indemnify us for reasonable costs, fees, and administrative time spent responding to the dispute.
7. Written Exceptions
If a separate signed agreement, proposal, or statement of work contains a different refund or cancellation term, that written agreement takes precedence for the relevant service.
